PRESENTATION 1: POWER OF CULTURE
When professional qualifications are equal, it is diversity that makes the difference as to whether your company impacts the market in the right way, whether you recruit from a diverse pool of talent and attract the very best employees – and whether you will be a leader or a follower in your industry in coming years.
In this talk it is made clear that if gender, age and cultural diversity does not permeate your entire organization, and is not one of the critical parameters in your recruitment practices, then you have the wrong people on the job.

PRESENTATION 2: ESSENTIAL CULTURAL DIVERSITY!
Diversity can either be a notable asset to your bottom line or annoyingly counter-productive.
What would you like it to be?
Modern work-life takes place in a global context, almost regardless of where we live, what we do, and who we are.Unfortunately, our minds are built to function in a Stone Age village and not in a complex international labour market.
In this presentation the speaker will dissect the raw nerve of successful global business – and the opposite: when cross-border activities have caused problems so massive it resulted in failure and severe financial loss.
Based on Danish-Bhutanese society’s vast experience, conducting more than 100 workshops addressing these issues, we will answer the burning question:
“What is the difference between the individuals to whom it is a walk in the park to work globally, who seamlessly embrace diversity and make a fortune while doing so – and at other end of the scale: the individual who bleed money trying to figure out how to adapt to a completely new, unpredictable and super diverse global business environment.”
You will be introduced to the concept of cultural intelligence, the research based knowledge and the mindset of the best in class.
